Scott was raised in northeastern Oklahoma and spent most of his childhood in Sapulpa, OK.  Although he grew up in a church home, he didn't accept Christ as his personal Savior until he was 22. After surrendering to full-time ministry, he received his Bachelor of Theology and Master of Ministry from Andersonville Theological Seminary.  Prior to coming to Victory, Pastor Scott served on staff at Southwest Baptist in Tulsa, OK, Central Baptist in Ponca City, OK and Southwinds Baptist in Tomball, TX. He is married to Jennifer, his high school sweetheart and they have three children,  one daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren.

Pastor Scott joined the staff of Victory Baptist Church in October of 2015, and today enjoys hunting, fishing and golfing as well as spending time with family and friends.

Tim joined the Victory Baptist staff in June 2014. He was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX and was saved at the age of 14 at youth camp in Glen Rose, TX. After graduating  from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO, Tim worked as Youth Pastor in Oklahoma, Florida and Ohio. Tim has been married to Jenn since 1999 and they have four kids. Tim is a big fan of the Texas Longhorns, Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. He also enjoys hunting and spending time outdoors with his kids.

Debra has worked in several Mother's Day Out programs and was involved starting another program before she was called to start the program here at Victory. Debra has a great passion for kids. She has taught children's church for several years, as well as helped in AWANA and in VBS. Debra, Scott, and their two children, Hayden and McKenna are an integral part of our Children's ministries here at Victory.

AJ joined Victory Baptist church as Youth Pastor in June of 2018. He was raised in Canyon TX, where he was saved at age 20.  At age 21 he began studying at West Coast Baptist College and graduated in 2018 and then married his wife Hannah. As a college student AJ served in several different ministries including children’s ministry, traveling as a teen evangelist and serving as a youth pastor at a church plant. Today AJ enjoys snowboarding, cycling, hiking, hunting and fishing.

Rick joined the staff of Victory in January 2003. He graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO. in 1990 with a BA in Music. He has served in Missouri, Iowa, Florida and Texas in the capacity of Associate Pastor, Music Minister, Youth Minister, ACE Supervisor and Business Manager. He is married to Patti. They have two children, Ryan and Rachelle. They are the proud grandparents of Landon, Hunter, Landry, Hayden & Hyatt. Rick enjoys sports, especially University of Texas football.

Jennifer is the wife of Pastor Scott and a loving mother to their three children. She Graduated for Oklahoma State University in 2011 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. Jennifer enjoys serving in multiple capacities in our church. In her free time she enjoys watching OSU football, traveling and being a Grammy to her 2 grandbabies.
